Barron's is one of the most authoritative financial magazines in the United States geared towards active investors who would like to be a step ahead, not a step behind the events. Established in 1921, the magazine provides financial information, news and latest market changes analysis, statistical data from the previous week and educated predictions for the upcoming week. Named after Clarence W. Barron, one of the most important Dow Jones figures, it is the weekly counterpart of The Wall Street Journal. Barron's has four sections - "Technology Week" covers developments in technology companies, "Market Week" follows the market activity from the previous week, "Mutual Funds" covers the market development and "The Wrap" presents analysis of everything that happens on the financial market as a whole and offers commentaries about some of the major events. Barron's is published weekly by Dow Jones & Company with a circulation of over 300,000 copies.
