Bon Appetit, as the name suggests, is a culinary magazine offering a large number of recipes and interesting cooking ideas and comes in handy when choosing the best food and drinks for a specific occasion.

The magazine is recommended for everybody who would like to surprise their family or colleagues with fresh and tasty food, as if prepared by a professional chef. "Cooking Class" is a monthly column often offering dishes presented by famous chefs or celebrities that need more preparation time, but are worth the effort - not only do they look beautiful, but they are also delicious. In "Fast Easy Fresh" one could find recipes suitable for the contemporary dynamic life - they are fast and easy to make and healthy at the same time.

Bon Appetit also includes tips about giving your dinning table a better look and nutrition information, while the "Tools of the Trade" section is dedicated to the equipment necessary for every kitchen - from squeezers to pans and more. A special Bon Appetit Cookbook comes out annually and comprises the best 1200 recipes and cooking suggestions of the year. Bon Appetit has an impressive monthly circulation of 1.25 million and is published by Wiley Publishing.

Consistently the Best Recipes
By Diane Zoi on 7 November 2010

I have been reading Bon Appetit for nearly 20 years and find it to be the foodie magazine with the best content. There are always at least a few recipes that I end up trying -- from the super simple cookie recipe to how to make the perfect roast to barbecuing for beginners. And, the non-recipe articles are good food for thought for cooking enthusiasts. (e.g. "Garlic Through the Ages"...) Bon Appetit seems to be the foodie magazine most in tune with what busy people who also like to indulge in a day of cooking once in awhile want out of a magazine.
