Beware out there. The Arctic ground squirrel lives in the cold tundra. It's a bare place with few hiding spots. To keep out of view from predators like hawks, the ground squirrel crawls along the ground on its tummy. This move is called the "tundra glide". The furry fella also warns its friends if enemies are near. If it senses danger, this critter lets out a warning call that sounds like "sik-sik-sik".
