Although Michael Jackson often made headlines for his antics, controversies and ever changing appearance, MJ spent his life leaving a legacy that had nothing to do with the pop charts. According to the Guinness World Record book, MJ holds the title of "Most Charities Supported by a Pop Star," donating funds to an impressive 39 international organizations including the United Negro College Fund, the NAACP and the Make a Wish Foundation during his lifetime.
